ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420 of IPC in Crime No.518 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner herein, who was working as a driver under the defacto complainant, had stolen the lorry, created a forged RC book and sold it to the third party. Now he is absconding.
3. Considering the nature of the crime and the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
