Against the judgment passed in C.C.No. 36 of 2015 on the file of the I Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai, dated 31.05.2018, the First and Second accused have preferred this appeals in Crl.A.Nos. 404 and 465 of 2018.
