Mrs.V.Tamilselvi has filed this writ petition for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to regulate the period of leave, sanction Uniform allowance, House Rent allowance, revision of scale of pay from 2005 and revision of scale of pay as per the VI Pay Commission recommendation, award Selection Grade from 2009 and confer all the consequential benefits by considering the representation dated 22.02.2016 made by the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3.The grievance of the petitioner mentioned in her pending representation dated 22.02.2016 shows that she was not given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
uniform allowance from the year 2005 as per sixth pay commission. Again, her grievance is that she was not awarded with selection grade which she is entitled to get from the year 2009 for which she also made a representation dated 07.08.2013 followed by reminder dated 30.09.2015. Finding no response again, she made final representation dated 22.02.2016 requesting the respondents to regulate the period of leave, sanction Uniform allowance, House Rent allowance, revision of scale of pay from 2005 and revision of scale of pay as per the VI Pay Commission recommendation and also to award Selection Grade from 2009, but till date, the said representation has not been considered by the respondents. Therefore, she has come to this court by filing this writ petition.
4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2016 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
