This petition has been filed seeking to amend the Sections as 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of TNPWH Act instead of Sections 294(b), 323, 324 & 506(ii) in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2998 of dated 13.02.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.2998 of 2024 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 13.02.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 05.04.2024.
