ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
3. However, it is seen that the complaint in this case was given as early as on 21.12.2012 and the FIR was registered on 26.04.2014 and the same is kept pending by the respondent police. It is also seen that the petitioner has received an employment from the Government and because of this FIR, his career is in jeopardy. Under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
