ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.22516/2015 dated 27.07.2015, came forward to file the present contempt petition.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with by the respondent vide rejection order /Endorsement dated 11.11.2016 in No.11365/eph; 4 (1)-2015 by the office of the Principal Director, Highways Department, Chennai -5. He has also produced the copy of the said proceedings before this court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ which is taken on file and record.
The Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same and if it is open to him under law, he is always at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the Competent Forum. The contempt petition is closed subject to the above observation.
