ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a writ of Certiorari to call for the entire records of the 2nd respondent with respect to the impugned n No.13205/A5/2018, dated ... December 2018 and quash the same.

2. The Writ Petition is filed challenging the enquiry notice issued by the 2nd respondent dated ... December 2018 in which, the petitioner has been directed to appear for enquiry at 11.30 a.m. on 11.01.2019 itself. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Since it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as by the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent that already a civil suit is pending between the parties challenging the document and decree passed in the other suit, both the petitioner and the 3rd respondent are at liberty to work out their remedy in the Civil Suit.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
