ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.S.Sundar J.) The matter is posted today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the respondent / party-in-person.

2. This Court while allowing the aforesaid application seeking leave to file an application for clarification, vide order dated 25.09.2024, has recorded the undertaking of the petitioner that he will not proceed with the evidence in the Suit, which is the subject matter of the issue in OSA Nos.15 & 16 of 2024 and 133 of 2023. It is now represented that the suit number was not mentioned in the said order dated 25.09.2024.

3. In the light of the above, para 4 of the order 25.09.2024 reads as under:

"4.The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner herein will not proceed with the evidence in the Suit in C.S.No.105 of 2018, which is the subject matter of issue in O.S.A.Nos.15 & 16 of 2024 and 133 of 2023. The said submission is recorded."

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue fresh order copy.
