This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 11.11.2019 in accordance with law and return the Passport No.T9852685 to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for the Central Government would submit that the petitioner's passport was retained for clarification, however after clarification, the passport was returned to the petitioner on 17.04.2023. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Senior

Panel Counsel for the Central Government, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
