ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.34426 of 2025 dated 06-01-2026, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am., for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. __________ https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.34426 of 2025 dated 06-01-2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
