COMMON ORDER These writ petitions are heard through Videoconferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.

3.

The petitioner in both the writ petitions is the contractor, who had entered into the contracts with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent-Corporation and for various reasons it is stated that the contracts were terminated, and hence representations were given by the petitioners to reconsider the termination of the contracts. As they were delayed, the above writ petitions came to be filed.

4.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5.

Pending the writ petitions there was a direction from this Court to the Corporation also to settle the dues to the petitioners for the work done. It is also represented now by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said order was complied with and subsequent to the filing of these writ petitions, the works itself were given to another contractor. Since the works were entrusted to the subsequent contractor, the question of reconsideration of the representation does not arise. 6.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
