Seeking leave to institute the suit in respect of Schedule B and Schedule C properties, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire transaction including the monies paid by the applicant in favour of the respondents has taken place within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.
