ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.01.2011.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. A perusal of the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2011 shown that he sought for the relief by explaining the sufferings and mental agony and requested the second respondent to forgive the unintentional independent mistakes due to pressure of work and willing to pay the loss if any after the enquiry officer found as revenue loss to the Government after deducting if any amount collected from the concerned parties. Thereafter, the second respondent has not permitted the petitioner to retire from his service as five disciplinary proceedings were initiated against him under 17(b) of Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline & Appeal) Rules, which are still pending. All the disciplinary proceedings are in the final stage and final orders will be passed.

In view of the above, the first and second respondents are directed to pass final order on all the disciplinary proceedings, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to submit his proper explanation on serving enquiry report, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
