Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents.

With the consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.3.2014, within a time frame.

3. The matter relates to sanction of 3rd incentive increment to the petitioner from the date of acquiring his M.Ed. Degree. In this regard, the petitioner has made a representation to the 3rd respondent on 29.03.2014. Till date, no order has been passed. 4. Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case of the

petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
