ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner for S.F.No.86/1A, situated at A. Thazhaiyur Village, Vellampalayam, Sankari Taluk, Salem District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.02.2020.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property situated in S.F.No.86/1A, A. Thazhaiyur Village, Page No.1/3

Vellampalayam, Sankari Taluk, Salem District. The petitioner has made a representation on 13.02.2020 to the respondent seeking separate patta for the petitioner. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate direction.

3. Heard Mr.R. Marudhachalamurthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in the present writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 13.02.2020 and take action in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. If the second respondent finds any other interested party, they shall also be given notice before a final decision is taken in the matter. The petitioner is directed to make fresh representation to the third respondent along with the representation dated 13.02.2020 and all other relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
