Seeking leave to sue the respondent, the applicant/plaintiff has come up with this application.

2.The applicant is the plaintiff in the suit filed for recovery of money, based upon the loan deed executed by the parties on 07.10.2014.

3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a financial assistance to the tune of Rs.25 lakhs was extended in favour of the respondent and acknowledging the same, the respondent executed the loan deed dated 07.10.2014 within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. Learned counsel further submits that the amount was also paid within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in the plaint, leave is granted. 30.08.2016 mmi
