The Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register the decree, namely the suit in O.S.No.296 of 2004, which was dismissed for default by the Principal District (Fast Track Mahila) Court, Namakkal and A.O.P.No.33 of 2010 passed by the Principal District and Sessions Court, Namakkal.

It is the contention of the writ petitioner that the decree of dismissal of both matters presented for registration has not been registered. Hence, the present writ petition.

On perusal of the entire materials, it is seen that the petitioner is not a party to any of the proceedings in both matters. 4.
In view of the above, as the petitioner is not a party to the above proceedings, this Court is of the view that, as a matter of right, he cannot seek such a direction. Hence, I do not find any merits in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
