Prayer :- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 01.03.2012 made in Ref.No.P.F.2020/Adm/Acs/2012 passed by the first respondent herein, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to attend the third year classes.
