though he sent a notice to the petitioner which has been served on the petitioner, there is no response from the petitioner till date. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was unable to get in touch with the petitioner. He therefore submits that this Writ Petition may be dismissed with liberty to restore same.

2.The present Writ Petition is therefore dismissed with liberty to restore the same provided the petitioner takes steps to restore the same within a reasonable period of time. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
