Munuswamy Naidu, Sachivottama Sir Chetpat Pattabhirama Ramaswami Iyer, C.Natesa Mudaliar, Chakravarti Rajagopalachari, K.Kamaraj, Rettamalai Srinivasan, E.V.Ramasamy, Pasumpon Uoo, Muthu Ramalingath Thevar, S.Subramania Iyer, G.Subramania Iyer, C.N.Annadurai, M.G.Ramachandran, Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam, J.Jayalalitha, M.Karunanithi and etc. along the above mentioned name lists there was on nearly around 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Unrest Souls who are all sacrificed their lives to get out freedom and for the welfare of the people to rest in peace.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct the Special Maha Homa Poojas at Elliot's Beach, Besant Nagar, Chennai on the petition filed by the petitioner on behalf of INEE NAM KATCHI and Om Prapanchanathar International Institute of Soul Rest in peace fourth coming dated 06.03.2019 morning 10.00 am to afternoon 01.00 pm for the purpose of our beloved unrest souls to get out freedom and for the welfare of the people to rest in peace.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Petitioner filed a petition on the file of the first respondent in order to seek permission to conduct the Special Maha Homa Poojas at Elliot's Beach, Besant Nagar, Chennai on behalf of INEE NAM KATCHI and Om Prapanchanathar International Institute of Soul Rest in peace. The first respondent without having due regard for the development of the good society as well as the great concern for the welfare of the people of Tamil Nadu, rejected the said request of the petitioner dated 21.02.2019 on the ground that the Eliot's beach at Besant Nagar was allotted only to conduct the public awareness program and for the Special Maha Homam conducted by the petitioner. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Considering the said fact that the first respondent had rejected the request of the petitioner dated 21.02.2019 for the smooth maintenance of law and order, this Court is not inclined to consider the same. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the impugned order passed by the first respondent in the manner known to law if so advised.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
