(Judgment of Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the challenge laid to circular dated 02.06.2014 qua the intra-country adoption is only arising from an element of how that circular is sought to be implemented by the Sub-ordinate courts. He submits is that he will make representation to the first respondent so that relevant committee can examine the matter and take a considered decision on the same.
2. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.2 of 2015 is closed.
