ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner/appellant in C.M.A.No.4 of 2017.

2. The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur, to dispose of C.M.A.No.4 of 2017 at the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

3. On the last date of hearing i.e., 12.04.2023, learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur, was asked to send a report explaining the reasons for pendency of C.M.A.No.4 of 2017 since long time. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge has submitted the report explaining the reasons for pendency of the same and submitted further that he will dispose of C.M.A.No.4 of 2017 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2/4

4. Considering the nature of the proceedings, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruppur, to dispose of C.M.A.No.4 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
