The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus to direct the the respondents to forthwith settle the maturity amount of Rs.1,00,889/- along with interest @ 24% per annum from 19.02.2024 till the date of realization.

2. In the counter affidavit dated 04.06.2025 filed by the third respondent, it is stated as follows:- "5.6. In view of the continuous financial crisis faced by the society, it is respectfully submitted that the amount shall be settled in four installments."
3. Therefore, there is no serious dispute in respect of the dues payable to the petitioner. However, the respondents seek time to settle the amount in four installments.
4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the respondents to settle the balance amount of Rs.1,00,889/- along with applicable interest, as agreed in the petitioner's deposit receipt, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
