This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated in memo No.1505/2011/E1 dated 11.03.2013 under Rule 17(c) (i) (1) of Tamilnadu Civil Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules by summoning the records from 2nd and 3rd respondents within the time frame.

Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to pass orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated in memo No.1505/2011/E1 dated 11.03.2013 under Rule 17(c) (i) (1) of Tamilnadu Civil Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, 2/4

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
