O R D E R
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submits that the order passed by this Court has
been complied with by the Respondents. The contemnor is also present. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the Tashildhar, Kilpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, in Na.Ka.No.B1/116/2016 dated 04.07.2016, to show that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings has also been given to the petitioner.
2. Though counsel for the petitioner is absent, considering the fact that the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, this Court does not find any wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 01.08.2016 gr.
