ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein was arrested on 30.01.2022 for involving in enticement for prostitution by engaging 3 victims. The victim girls were rescued and the investigation about the other antecedence of this petitioner is under way. Though the petitioner is in jail for more than 55 days, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, considering the gravity of the offence and the stage of the investigation. Hence this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed.
