Contempt Petition, filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38114 of 2005 dated 19.07.2010.

O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed, to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of Court for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38114 of 2005 dated 19.07.2010.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents 2 and 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on both sides have made a joint submission that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.38114 of 2005 dated 19.07.2010 has been complied with. The learned Government Advocate has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.7409/A2/1998 dated 15.03.2017 and the letter addressed by the 2nd Respondent to the 4th Respondent in Na.Ka.No.147/2014, dated 16.03.2017, forwarding the recommendations made by the first respondent.

4.Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
