This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.3611 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police, on instructions, would submit that in Crime No.3611 of 2020, investigation has been completed, charge sheet has already been filed on 13.10.2022 before the learned XV Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in the quash petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
