Prayer: Civil Suit filed under Order IV Rule 1 of O.S. Rules read with Order VII Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code praying for a judgment and decree for the following reliefs:- a) Declaring that the Termination Order dated 09.02.2012 issued to the plaintiff by the first defendant is unfair, mala fide, illegal and invalid; b) Directing the 1st defendant to pay to the plaintiff compensation and damages for a sum of Rs.3,31,00,000/-(Rupees Three Crores Thirty One Lakhs only) together with interest at 12% per annum from the date of plaint to the date of payment and c) Award costs of the suit.
