2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Heard Mr.T.M.Naveen, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.D.Gopal, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 2 and 3.

4. Against the order of writ petition, writ appeal in W.A.No.1522 of 2013 has been filed by the Government, which was dismissed on 27/8/2013. As the writ appeal itself was dismissed, question of recalling the order dated 6/7/2011, made in W.P.No.7685 of 2004, does not arise at all.

5. Accordingly, this W.P.M.P is dismissed.
