This application has been filed to implead the 3rd respondent / proposed respondent who is an official liquidator as a respondent in A.No.1821 of 2012.

2. A.No.1821 of 2012 is filed by the very same applicant who is the 2nd Judgment Debtor to declare the preliminary decree dated 18.10.1996 and the final decree dated 30.06.1998 as fraudulent, collusive and inexecutable in law.

3. Since the respondent / plaintiff / decree holder Company is said to have gone into liquidation, the applicant has sought to implead the official liquidator as a party to the proceedings.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed.

5. To carry out the necessary amendment and file amended copy of the plaint, list the matter on 21.06.2023.
