A.No.1844 of 2023 has been filed to condone the delay of 999 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second defendant in T.O.S. No.3 of 1998. A.No.1845 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased second defendant in T.O.S. No.3 of 1998. A.No.1846 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record the proposed 9th respondent as the legal representative of the deceased 3rd defendant in T.O.S. No.3 of 1998.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are ordered as prayed for.

3. The plaintiff is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the plaint and file an amended copy of the plaint within a period of two weeks.

4. List the matter after two weeks.
