Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioners dated 21.10.2016 based on the proceedings of the third Respondent dated 24.02.2015, regarding to issue free Patta to the Petitioners in respect of the lands in his possession in Survey No. 94 an extent of 2.5 Acres at Vathalmalai Village, Dharmapuri and issue further directions to the Respondents to desist from dispossessing of the Petitioner of his lands.
