Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai, to

number the suit filed by the petitioner in CFR No.3562/21 on 03.06.2017 consequently dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Perundurai, to number the unnumbered plaint.

2. The plaint was returned for rectification of certain defects. Even without complying to the returns mentioned therein, the petitioner has filed the above Civil Revision Petition as if the Trial Court has returned the plaint erroneously. The petitioner is expected to follow due process, which he has not done. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition does not merit any consideration.

3. The petitioner is permitted to take back the original plaint for further action before the Trial Court, if he chooses to do so, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Registry is directed to return the original plaint to the petitioner.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is closed with the above observation and direction. No costs.
