ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent-police to conduct further investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.393 of 2023, pending on the file of the respondent. 1/4

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the respondentpolice to file the final report in Crime No.393 of 2023 within a period of three (3) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
