This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28206 of 2023 dated 18.12.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to continue to appear before the respondent police everyday at 10.00 a.m., for a further period of 20 days, thereafter, appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m.,for a period of three weeks and thereafter, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.
