C.M.P.No.18020 of 2016 in C.M.A.SR.No.75575 of 2016 N.SESHASAYEE, J.

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the above appeal against the award passed in OP.No.445 of 2015 on the file of Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (III Additional District Judge), Salem.

2. It is also brought to the notice of the Court that another appeal of identical nature arising out of the same award vis-a-vis another claimant is pending in CMP.No.18260 of 2016 in CMA.SR.No.75571 of 2016.

3. This Court perused the papers in this case, and finds that given the nature of the appeal, it does not consider it necessary to serve notice on the respondents. Hence, the delay is condoned, and this petition is ordered accordingly.

3. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the appeal for admission on 20.12.2023.
