O R D E R

The relief sought for in this revision is for speedy disposal of case in H.M.O.P.No.693 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Court, Poonamalle.

2. The revision petitioner is the wife who filed a divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.693 of 2017 against the respondent under Section 13 (1) (ia) (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Subordinate Judge, Poonamallee on the ground of cruelty.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. On a perusal of records, it is seen that the same is pending from 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that both the parties are doctors and they are busy in their business. Therefore, since they have been living separately since 2017, the petitioner/wife seeks for early disposal.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is a fit case to give a direction to the trial Court for earlier disposal of the petition.

6. Since the divorce petition is of the year 2017, the revision petitioner seeks earlier disposal of H.M.O.P.No.693 of 2017. Hence, the Sub Court Poonamallee is directed to dispose the case as early as possible in accordance

with law.

7. With the above direction, this Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
