ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to survey the land comprised in S.No.69/2 to the extent of 5.65 acre at Semmipalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tirupur District based on the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2020.

2.Ms.R.Janaki, learned Additional Government Pleader entered appearance for the respondent and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 09.04.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Additional Government Pleader is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2020 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after excluding such time that may be lost to the Tahsildar during the counting procedure of the General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021, which is scheduled to take place on 02.05.2021.
