ORDER

The present petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to include the S.No. 301/5B1E in the computerized patta and chitta in Patta No.889.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs.R.Janaki, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Additional Government Pleader enters appearance for respondents, and made a statement on instructions that the enquiry for the purpose is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m., on 21.05.2021 at the Office of the Tahsildar, Natrampalli Taluk / second respondent. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent/ Tahsildar, Natrampalli Taluk is directed to hold an enquiry after issuing notices to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, and after providing the parties a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Election of the Tamil Nadu State Legislative Assembly, 2021) from 21.05.2021.
