Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to regularise the service of petitioner in the post of Mazdoor from the date of the his appointment with all consequential benefits. For Petitioner :

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To direct the respondents to regularise the service of petitioner in the post of Mazdoor from the date of the his appointment with all consequential benefits."

2. The petitioner submits that he has been working as a Mazdoor in the Forest Department under the 3rd respondent since 12.09.2001, rendering continuous service in a sanctioned post without any break. Despite his long service, he has not been regularised in the service. The petitioner would submit that he has completed 10 years of 2/5

continuous service as on 01.01.2006. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation on 14.10.2024 seeking regularisation of his service. Since there is no response, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The petitioner has been working under under the respondent department for over 10 years. Further, the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2024 seeking regularisation of his service, has not been considered to date. Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
