Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the respondent in proceeding Ref No.41621/L13/MCOP/TSTC/ERD/12 dated 22.10.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant the leave encashment salary to the petitioner in the revised scale of pay as per the VI Pay Commission and accordingly settle the balance arrears amount with interest at the rate of 18% per annum and the cost of this writ petition and pass further orders.
