ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to change the classification of the land morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition from 'Nandavanam' to 'Brindavanam'.
2. The petitioner had filed supporting documents along with their representation, dated 27.01.2026 given to the 2nd respondent for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner also drew the attention of this Court to the recommendation issued by the 4th respondent through his Page No.2 of 6
proceedings, dated 19.12.2022, recommending the re-classification of the subject land as 'Brindavanam land' and also for issuance of patta in the name of the petitioner.
5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, including the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 19.12.2022, recommending the case of the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2026, seeking for re-classification of the land morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition as 'Brindavanam land' instead of 'Nandavanam land', after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, which includes the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 19.12.2022, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
