ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioners seek for an early disposal of their appeal, dated 25.01.2025 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the order of the 3rd respondent, the petitioners have preferred the aforesaid appeal, dated 25.01.2025 before the 2nd respondent. Since the same was not disposed of, the petitioners have filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Since no adverse order is passed against the 4th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 4th respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioners' appeal is directed to be disposed of by the 2nd respondent, on merits and in accordance with law and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within Page No.2 of 5

a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expresssing any opinion on the merits of the petitioners' appeal, dated 25.01.2025.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioners' appeal, dated 25.01.2025, after hearing the objections of the 4th respondent and any other third party, whom the 2nd respondent deems it fit to enquire, and by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
