O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent-1, the Inspector of Police, E-3, Teynampet Police Station (Crime), Chennai District, to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.03.2020 given 19.12.2020 in view of the order passed by the Learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.301 of 2022 and to investigate, report to this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that on the direction of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.301 of 2022 dated 21.01.2022, a case has been registered by the first respondent in Crime No.96 of 2022 for the offence under Section 120 (b), 406, 420, 464, 465 and 475 of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
