ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint (F.I.R.,) against the named persons in C.S.N.201505048 dated 11.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submits that on a complaint given by one Mr.Simon against this petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.399/2015 and when the Police called this petitioner for enquiry, the petitioner has sent a complaint by email to the Police.

4.Under such circumstances, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.399/2015 and the complaint given by the petitioner through email and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. The petitioner is directed to co-operate for enquiry.
