This application has been filed to condone the delay of 505 days in filing the written statement of the 3rd and 4th defendants in the above captioned suit.

2.Mr.M.Balasubramanian, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Ramanlal, AAG, assisted by Dr.S.Suriya , AGP for respondents 4, 6 & 7 would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3.Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

4.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respective respondents have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
