This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of the time for surrender and execute the sureties as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.752 of 2026 dated 12.01.2026. K.RAJASEKAR , J.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and thereby, time is extended by one week to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.752 of 2026, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
