JUDGMENT
(Delivered by SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J) We heard the learned counsel for the appellants.
2. These appeals are directed against a common order dated 16.12.2019. By the said order, the Court took note of the fact that the representations of the appellants were rejected by proceedings dated 20.06.2017. Consequently, the learned Judge dismissed the writ petitions with liberty to challenge the said proceedings dated 20.06.2017.
3. In our view, the said order does not suffer from any infirmity and the interest of the writ petitioners/appellants are protected inasmuch as they have been granted liberty to challenge the proceedings by which their representations were rejected.
In the result, these writ appeals are disposed of, without prejudice to the right of the appellants to challenge the proceedings dated 20.06.2017. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, CMP Nos.13957, 13959, 13963, 13969 and 13971 of 2020 are closed.
