Mr.R.Vinothraja Government Advocate(Criminal Side) Order This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition directing the petitioner to deposit the original RC Book of the petitioner's vehicle before the learned Magistrate vide the order of this Court dated 07.11.2025.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner has misplaced the RC book and is unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court. 3.The petitioner has not substantiated the averment that he has misplaced the RC book. In fact, the petitioner has not even made a complaint to the police regarding the said fact.
4.Therefore, this Court sees no reason to modify the order dated 07.11.2025.
